One code to scan. The hotel is in the guest’s hand.
Every hotel app ever built has the same problem: the guest has to install it. They are tired, they are holding a suitcase, and they are being asked to find an app store, sign in and wait. Most do not, and the hotel concludes guests do not want an app.

01The guest app
There is nothing to install
A QR code on the desk, on the key card holder, in the room. The guest points a camera at it and the hotel opens — the restaurants, the spa, today’s activities, the map of the property, the concierge. No app store, no account, no password to forget on the second night.
- Opened from a QR code, or from a link sent before arrival
- No download, no account, no password
- In the guest’s own language from the first screen
02The guest app
It is the hotel’s app, not ours
The guest sees the hotel’s name, the hotel’s colours and the hotel’s photographs. Nothing on the screen sells them anything else, and nothing takes them to a marketplace of other properties. The guest record it builds belongs to the hotel.
