A sitemap INDEX, not a list of pages.

NOTE FOR WHOEVER EDITS THIS COMMENT: a double hyphen is ILLEGAL inside an
XML comment. Three of them sat in this block from 22 October and made the
whole file unparseable, so Search Console read it, failed, and discovered
ZERO pages for a month. Use an em dash.

The static pages keep their own file, sitemap-pages.xml, exactly as it was.
Insights cannot live there: publishing and unpublishing happen in the admin,
not at build time, so that half is generated per request by
  api/sitemap-insights.ts and served at /sitemap-insights.xml.

Crawlers accept an index at /sitemap.xml, so the URL in robots.txt and in
  Search Console does not change.

THE INSIGHTS ENTRY IS REMOVED until something serves it. The comment above
describes api/sitemap-insights.ts; that file does not exist — api/ holds
only the linkedin handler — so the index was declaring a sitemap that 404s.
A broken child in a sitemap index costs crawl budget and trust for nothing.
Put the entry back in the same commit that adds the endpoint.
